Referral Instructions

Here is the referral process for the client advocate/case manager:

1) Browse with client which class the client would like to start with:

2) Submit a referral on our website:

Here are the client action steps:

3) Once the referral is submitted, an automatic email will be sent to the client’s email you provided, with instructions for your client to set up their DevNW account and bypass payment. As the case worker, you can assist them with this step or let them do it independently.

4) Client is attending a class: client will get receive an email reminder from the instructor several days before the class with handouts, class link (while we are virtual during COVID) and any other applicable information. Note: our classes are on Zoom and it’s helpful to install Zoom on a laptop or smartphone before the class.

5) Client would like to meet with a financial counselor: clients who register to meet with a financial counselor must submit documents prior to scheduling. Once logged in, they can upload these documents and schedule a financial counseling appointment from their DevNW Dashboard:
