Together, we’ll develop a clear plan to keep you on track and help you reach your homeownership goals. We’ll work with you on budgeting, saving, credit, and debt. We can even determine whether you’re eligible for our Downpayment Assistance or Individual Development Account (matched savings) programs.

Your home may be the biggest purchase of your life. You need an advocate who does not have a stick in the game. DevNW is, first and foremost, a consumer-oriented nonprofit. We’ll provide you with unbiased support and help you get access to useful financial products — and save money in the process.

If you are in contract, we can help ensure that you’re not overpaying for inspections, appraisals, and other closing items. If you’re past that point, we’ll go over your closing disclosure and loan estimate with you to make sure that everything is in order.
