  • Homeownership Development Incubator: Supports inclusive housing development, including much-needed workforce housing.
  • Foreclosure Prevention Counseling: Preserves Oregon’s network of certified counselors who help families stay in their homes during financial crisis.
  • Regional Housing Centers Stabilization: Ensures continued access to homebuyer education and financial counseling across the state.

I also encourage your support of two important bills:

  • HB 3235: Expands access to the Amplify Oregon mortgage product for buyers of Community Land Trust (CLT) homes.
  • HB 3503: Allows conversion of up to 70 homes into CLTs, preserving permanent affordability in Clackamas County.

These programs and policies are essential for addressing Oregon’s housing crisis and ensuring that more Oregonians can not only access homeownership, but keep it—building long-term stability and opportunity.
